Choose a narrow customer
The strongest SaaS ideas usually start with a specific customer and a repeated workflow. Narrow ideas are easier to explain, validate, and sell.
Check for an urgent workflow
Look for tasks people already do manually, repeatedly, or with a messy stack of tools. A SaaS idea has more potential when the workflow already exists.
Compare willingness to act
When two ideas both sound good, choose the one where people vote, join the waitlist, ask for access, or explain their current spending.
